PALM BEACH GARDENS Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center is pleased to announce its Tenet Healthcare Heroes for 2010. Patient Access Representative Harold "Jack" Goewey as well as the Outpatient Rehab Team that includes: Suzanne Ambrose, Erin Butts, Yves Cartier, Tina Dugan, Marcia Hance, Kerriane Huffstetler, Joanne Morgan, Margarite Podder, Margaret Rashwan and Karen Ritzau.

 
Harold Goewey 
 

Since he joined the PBGMC team in 1986, Harold Goewey has been a wonderful asset. He is described as self-sufficient, productive and focused on service. He is always going above and beyond what is asked of him. Harold personally accompanies patients and families to their destinations when asked, and he reviews the schedule in advance to ensure patient information is completed before their visits.

 
Outpatient Rehab Team 
 

The Outpatient Rehab Team responds to the needs of the community and its patients. They continue to implement new programs such as "Back on Track" in response to the need to manage back and neck pain. The team has expanded services that have resulted in a 14 percent increase in volume over the previous year. Due to the collaborative efforts of the team, they have directly impacted the quality care and increased the number of physicians and patients that choose PBGMC for their rehabilitation.
