Accepted forms of payment include personal check, electronic fund transfer (EFT), cash or credit card. You can make your payment with a financial counselor in the Patient Access Department.
If you lack sufficient insurance coverage for your treatment, we offer alternate funding and payment plans at Palm Beach Gardens. Hospital staff will work with you to identify which options may be available to you, depending on government and hospital rules and regulations.
Some of these programs include:
- Medical Eligibility Program (MEP) is a hospital service provided at no cost. You may qualify for government programs that pay for all or part of your hospital and medical expenses. If you are under 21 or over 65 years old, have children in the household, are pregnant, potentially disabled, or have been a victim of crime, you may qualify. Our hospital Patient Advocates will assist you with the application process.

- Charity Care Financial Assistance is available if you don’t have the means to pay for hospital expenses and don’t qualify for any government programs. You may qualify for hospital financial assistance if your household income is below 200 percent of the federal poverty limit. To be considered, you will be required to provide information on your household finances through a confidential application. Documentation will be requested to verify your circumstances in order to determine eligibility.
