Professionalism with a Personal Touch

Edward always enjoyed playing a good round of golf. One rainy day he was rushing to put his clubs into his SUV and hit his head on the tailgate, causing a severe gash in his head. When the bleeding wouldn’t subside, he called 911 and the paramedics rushed Edward to Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. The Emergency Department team worked together efficiently to stop his bleeding.

“The emergency room team made me feel like family the entire time I was there. Two days after my visit, Dr. Snarksi personally called me to ask how I was doing. It’s that kind of personal touch that goes a long way for patients like me.”
