Life Saving and Life Shaking: How a local Rabbi beat the odds

Three times a day, every day, Rabbi Shlomo Ezagui says the same prayer: Aleinu Leshabeach. It acknowledges God’s oneness and that God is the only thing there is. He said it for what could have been the final time on the last Tuesday of 2021 as he was wheeled into an operating room at #palmbeachgardensmedicalcenter.

“It’s pretty life shaking because I know what could have been,” Rabbi Ezagui said in an interview.
