Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center Appoints News Chief Nursing Officer

Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. - September 19th 2018 - Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center names Pat Rosenberg, RN, MSN, as Chief Nursing Officer. In her new role, Rosenberg will assume the operational responsibility of nursing care at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. As a member of the administrative team, Rosenberg will play a key role in facilitating and directing nursing leadership and quality of nursing patient care.

Rosenberg joins Palm Beach Gardens from sister hospital Florida Medical Center, where she also served as the Chief Nursing Officer. During her tenure at FMC, Rosenberg implemented shared governance including acute care, critical care and education councils. She also developed and implemented Nursing Peer Review, Nursing Grand Rounds and The Relationship Based Care Nursing model to enhance the quality of nursing at the hospital. In addition, Rosenberg implemented the DAISY Award program which increased nurse engagement at the organization.

Prior to joining Tenet Health, Pat worked at the Trinity Health, in Livonia, Michigan, leading Trinity’s Clinical Transformation team which developed and implemented patient safety programs throughout Trinity’s 90 hospitals nationwide.

Rosenberg also served in CNO roles at McClaren Healthcare and The Detroit Medical Center. Her positions with Detroit Medical Center included Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner, and Administrative Director for the Cardiology and Nephrology Service lines.

Rosenberg earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit.
