Kenneth Allen, the pilot who lost consciousness mid-air last year leaving a passenger with no flight experience to land a plane, along with cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Nishant Patel, who performed his lifesaving emergency surgery, joined Savannah Guthrie live in-studio to celebrate Mr. Allen's full recovery and recent return to the cockpit. Mr. Allen and Dr. Patel were shocked to see Darren Harrison, the passenger who landed the plane, at the end of the interview for a surprise reunion!
