Scheduling & Visitor RestrictionsWe will be rescheduling some patient appointments and procedures in an effort to protect our patients and staff. Conserving personal protective equipment helps us prioritize the needs of those who may require immediate care. Adjustments to scheduled procedures and appointments will be made as requested by the physician, patient or as required by official local or national public health authorities. We will contact you directly if your appointment or procedure is postponed until a later date. During this time, all Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center facilities will remain open to care for patients who require in-person visits and time-sensitive care. Thank you for understanding our need to take these measures for the safety of all.
ClosuresDue to CDC Guidelines and out of an abundance of caution for both patients and staff, effective Monday, March 23rd we will temporarily close all outpatient therapies including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapies and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.
We will contact our patients when we are able to resume outpatient therapy services.
Patients are welcome to contact their referring physician or the outpatient therapy department with any questions or concerns. Our number is 561-776-8584.
We are closely monitoring the outbreak of the novel (new) coronavirus (COVID-19), and we continue to work with The Florida Department of Health, The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to respond to any potential COVID-19 cases in our area.
For the safety of our patients and staff, effective Thursday, March 19th at 3:00 p.m., we will no longer be accepting visitors into the facility until further notice. We appreciate your understanding.
Feel free to communicate this with your loved ones who may want to visit. You are encouraged to use your personal device for virtual visits and phone calls.
These measures will be in effect until we are advised by the CDC or the Florida Department of Health that it is safe to return to normal visiting practices. We appreciate your support and understanding during this time. We are committed to keeping our patients, our staff and our community safe. Thank you for choosing Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. It is our pleasure to serve you.
