Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center’s Outpatient Physical Therapy Rehabilitation is committed to providing patients with the highest quality rehabilitation experience possible. Our primary focus is providing each patient with one on one personalized care using individualized programs and skilled clinical techniques.

Our therapists combined experience with a diverse knowledge base, and each is well versed in orthopedic, neurological and gait/balance training. It is our intent to help our patients and their loves ones achieve recovery goals of mobility, function and independence.

All patients are considered as a whole when they receive therapy at our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. Our therapists utilize a manual approach to evaluate and treat with a focus on balancing the body with appropriate exercises and education. This allows the patient to achieve their therapy goals and provides successful outcomes.

Get Started

We accept most major insurances and offer competitive self pay rates. A prescription from a Florida physician is required to schedule for our physical therapy services.  
If your doctor has referred you to a program in our Outpatient Rehabilitation Center, you will be assigned a therapist who will create a recovery plan just for you.
